Customer Service Professional - Philippines
This is a 100% remote position, which includes salaried compensation and all wage-related benefits. The monthly salary is ₱26,000/mos. +13-month salary bonus and annual compensation evaluations.

The qualifications we are looking for
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and grammar
- The ability to type 35 wpm with 95% accuracy
- Confidence and proven ability to provide customer support via phone, email, and chat platforms
- Access to a dedicated, quiet workspace
- Legal authorization to work in the Philippines
- Ability to pass a national criminal background check
- Open schedule availability is REQUIRED - weekday and weekend availability
Technology and system requirements
- Must have a PC or Mac with the following specifics - CPU Speed: 1.6 GHz, Hard Drive: 112 GB (PC)/118 GB (Mac), RAM: 4 GB, Operating System: Windows 10 or Mac OS 10.15 Catalina. Manufacturing Date: 2012 or later. No Chromebooks or Tablets.
- A wired internet connection is required. Acceptable connection types are Fiber-Optic, Coaxial cable, and Copper (or DSL) internet. Must meet broadband speeds at a minimum downloads of 25Mbps, and a minimum uploads of 10Mbps.
- No satellite internet, fixed wireless, and 5G home internet.
- Phone support requires a noise-canceling headset.
- Must have access to a webcam or video conference ability for all internal communication.
